Payment

We utilize PayPal for our payment processing. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. Through our Pay Pal merchant services we can accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and even personal checks through Pal Pals secure gateway.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Shipping

Typically we ship on Mondays but can ship other days if requested. Occasionally shipping can be delayed due to special packaging requirements for an item. When you contact us about a particular item or items we will be able to estimate time needed for shipping and handling. Larger items can be shipped via freight and may require extra time for delivery.

We insure all shipped items unless otherwise negotiated at time of purchase. We are very carful in our packaging process. Rarely an item will arrive damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged in the shipping process please contact us immediately on receipt of the item we will handle the insurance claim.

Returns

All returns must be insured for the value of the item(s) returned. Shipping and handling is not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of item.
